A hybrid sheep bred especially for Dartmoor Tweed. Just 4 fleeces this year. The aim is to register it as an official breed and then put the rams to specific flocks of rare breed sheep to create more wool that is just right for their cloth. Its 6 months old, bred in the purple and about 2 inches long on the staple - the crimp and lustre with its curl at the end makes for beautiful fleece. £10 for 50grms
