Hebridean Fleece

Pam has a large flock of Hebridean sheep to graze the cliffsides in South Devon. Small and hardy their roots in the Western Isles enable them to withstand the wild conditions beside the sea. 

Hebridean's have a doube fleece, soft and downy on the inside, coarser on the outside. Mix the two and its perfectly usable. Rich browns and blacks make a lovely combination for yarn.
