Mules are the staple of the commercial meat industry within sheep farming. They are bred to fatten quickly and in Devon we have mules which best suit the climate they live in, upland or lowland. The fleece whilst it has good crimp is often short and so hard to work with.
We are selling it for £5 per kilo and also using it as a base for our own yarn products.
