"Something for the Weekend" 2

Every weekend we are selling small batches of perfect fleece.

This weekend it's the turn of some super organic Dorset Lambswool.

Its super in all ways - soft, creamy, a good staple length, lots of bounce and air, a good sift and lots of crimp. It's also clean and has been well cared for over winter.

The lambs were born in early September and this is their first sheer so its also what's known as 'virgin' wool - something you don't see much of these days.

Dorset is great for every task - easy clean, carding, spinning to make lovely yarns and great for felting too.

Its £5 per 500 grams - a bargain for something so good.
